today's post is about a different obsession of mine which is handbag.Today I am going to review COACH Madison Phoebe bag for you ,and the reason is that ,this bag is now available in coach factory stores with the discount price .The price tag is 389.00 CAD but at coach outlet they always have  a good discount on the original price tag.So I thought I give you some ideas about the bag while it is available if you are interested to order it online.since it is hard to see all the details when you are shopping online!

As you can see I have the black leather with gold hardware,but it comes in many different colors (Purple,pewter,beige,Blue, Red ...) in leather and signature coach fabric as well.The bag is very well made from a very soft and  quality leather. It has the coach logo on one side and black leather and gold coach tag hanging from one handle .

 

It is a medium size shoulder bag and it is light weight .I carry a lot in my bag and it is not too heavy even with everything in it.Interior of the black one that I have is beautiful navy blue satin fabric.

It has three compartment.Two big space at the sides which close with snap closure(and the snap closure nicely closes the bag)One of the big compartments has a zipper pocket inside and the other one has two cellphone pocket.In the middle of them there is another small compartment with zipper ,The zipper is very smooth.This bag is very spacious and keeps every thing you carry in it nicely organised because of 3 different compartments.

The bag is very comfortable and easy to carry and  a very good size ,not too big and not too small in my opinion.

I apply it with a cotton pad on my face after cleansing .It remove any traces of cleanser ,makeup remover etc ...that might still be on the skin perfectly and leaves the skin fresh and ready to apply my routine anti aging products.

Toner is not a necessary step ,but what it does is that it makes the skin ready to absorb serum and moisturizer better.I really like this toner .I've used it before and this is the second time I purchased it.It comes in 200 ml/6.7 oz Bottle and  the Price is 28.00 CAD.

I have received  so many samples of this serum with a lot  purchases I made from lancome so I had about 6 or 7 of them which is equal to one full size! So I started to try it a month ago and I really love it.

 It is Parabens ,Sulfates ,Phthalates free .It renews and refreshes the skin and minimizes different signs of aging. It should be applied on clean skin at night before your moisturizer  like all serums(right now I am using olay total effect  moisturizer after that just to finish it up).

At first within 3 to4  night I did not notice any differences but after the first week I started to see some changes.

When I wake up in the morning my skin is super soft and very fresh and glowy .It definitely made my skin look younger and some of persistence age/sun spots are lighter .The texture  is more even and I see a nice youthful glow in my skin.I am really loving this serum  and I will purchase the full size after I am done with all my samples and other serums for sure!

I have a 5 ml jar of this eye cream which I received with a gift with purchase .I've been trying it for almost a month and I see a brilliant result on my under eye skin.It has a thick texture ,It is not liquidy ,It absorbs very easy and leaves the under eye skin very comfortable and soft.But what really amaze me is that I have not seen this much change from any other eye cream that I used before and I have tried a lot!

I t completely transformed my under eye.I had a few fine lines which are almost gone .It definitely made my under eye look firmer and younger.I love this eye cream and I will purchase the full size of it.

This  is another serum that I have been loving recently and this is the second bottle I've purchased .
This is a fluid, more like a lotion kind of serum not watery.It has a divine scent . It is paraben free and 87% of the ingredient is natural.

This fluid which I apply in the morning after cleansing all over my face and neck has a beautiful luxurious texture that absorbs in the skin like a dream without leaving your skin greasy .It makes my skin so soft and smooth and as the brand claims it give a beautiful velvety finish which is fantastic for under makeup.I apply this fluid first and then follow with my sunscreen protection since it doesn't have any SPF.

It comes in 50 ml  pump Packaging and the price is 64.00CAD

This is my staple sunscreen lotion and has been for a very long time.It is paraben ,fragrance and oil free . It gives UVA and UVB Broad spectrum protection. It has a liquidy runny texture , very light weight and Noncomedogenic(Won't Clog your pores). It absorbs easily and it is great for under makeup.

It comes in 50 ml bottle and the price is around 30.00 CAD depend on the store.

The Japanese Konjac Sponge review

I have been loving my Clarisonic for deep cleansing my face so much but recently after  using it every night for almost a year I noticed my skin has become very irritated.So I stopped using it every night and switch to the softest brush but still my skin didn't like it anymore.The reason is that I have super sensitive skin and I can't manually put so much pressure on my skin.I even switch to AHA & BHA for exfoliating instead of manual scrubs.So I had to retire my Clarisonic,at least for now.

Then I heard good things about this all natural sponge (The Japanese Kojnac Sponge ) So I was very interested to see how this would work for me.
The Company(japanesekonjacsponge.com) sent me 3 of these sponges to try and review.They were kind to let me choose the one that I was more interested in (I am not sponsored by them and don't get any benefit from their sale) Now let's begin:

Here is my thoughts:

I chose the cherry blossom puff which is supposed to be good for sensitive skin
Bamboo charcoal puff  good for acne prone skin
Green tea puff for radiant skin
The one I have been using is Cherry blossom .

The puff is a hard small sponge . you should soak the sponge in warm water for a few seconds or rinse it(Which is what I do)under warm water for a few seconds to soften it.after absorbing water it becomes very soft and also expand a little .

Then I apply my cleanser all over my wet face after removing my makeup and wash my face with the sponge in circular motions without putting any pressure on.

The texture is very soft. It is not harsh on the skin at all.
It absolutely cleanse my face deeply and leaves my skin very soft.I don't feel that it hydrate my skin
how ever It doesn't make it feels dry and uncomfortable either.
I think it gently exfoliates since it leaves my skin very soft but I don't consider it an exfoliator.I still apply my AHA and BHA twice a week for exfoliating.

Even though it is very soft , still for my super sensitive skin not soft enough to use it every night.
After the first week I felt I should use it less and now I only use it once a week for deep cleansing .
For normal skin it should be fine to be used every night.

In conclusion, I think this is a good product with a very reasonable price and if you are looking for something that cleans you skin more than your hands alone and exfoliate gently this sponge is worth trying .It is easy to use,  it is all natural and easy to take with you when you are travelling .
Considering the good price it is easy to replace also.

Smashbox Always Sharp Waterproof Kohl Liner Rave and Review

This  Monday instead of NOTW I am reviewing a new (to me) kohl eyeliner from Smashbox that I have recently tried.I am treating my nails with a new treatment that you will hear about my thoughts soon,so I have not been wearing nail polish like usual .That's why I did not have NOTW these past 2 weeks. Any way back to the review!

I was looking for a good waterproof eyeliner and I didn't want some thing that has shiny finish when it dries.Most of liquid eyeliner have that  shiny finish ,So based on my shoppers drug mart beauty advisor I purchased Smashbox always sharp kohl eye liner.The color I have is Raven which is black.

This is a waterproof automatic  kohl eye liner .To apply it you should twist the lid to open it and after using it you put the lid back on and twist it until you hear a click and it will sharpen itself each time, so the tip is always sharp .I think this is a great idea!

Once you put it on it won't budge! I apply it in the morning it applies very smooth and stays the same the entire day.
 I absolutely love this eyeliner .

It can be applied on the waterline as well ,but I only use it as my eyeliner. I am 100%  sure this is going to be my kohl liner as long as they make it.I strongly recommend  trying it if you are in the market for a great waterproof matte finish eyeliner.

You can purchase it at Sephora,Shoppers drug mart or Smashbox website.The price is 23.00 CAD and yes it is a bit pricy but in my opinion  worth every penny.

NOTW (Nails Of The Week)

 Painting my nails at the end of the day is very relaxing and fun for me.I always paint my nails myself and nail polish is one of my very favorite makeup items because of that  I have a quiet big collection even though I am not too proud of it :)

I thought of posting all of the nail polishes that I were every week at the beginning of the following week with their pictures and a mini review of their quality and longevity.
So lets begin the NOTW for last week.

Sally Hansen pacific blue with Sally Hansen Blue boom

 They are both from Sally Hansen extreme wear line.They are very inexpensive .their quality is very nice.Pacific blue is a beautiful royal blue with creamy finish .It is a very famous nail polish.I really like it and considering that nail polishes normally don't last on my nail for too long  and they chip after 2 or 3 days ,It lasted on my nails long enough.

Blue boom is a gorgeous navy glittery polish ,very sheer.I applied it over pacific blue on my ring finger.

 

Sally Hansen Extreme wear Bubblegum pink

This one is also cream finish. It goes on very smooth.2 coats is enough.It is a bright ,beautiful pink.It lasted on my nail for 2 days without chipping.very pretty color

OPI You're Such a Budapest

 

I love OPI nail polishes. This one is one of my favorites.I Think it is the most beautiful lilac nail polish.It has cream finish and goes on smooth, 2 or 3 coat is needed.It is absolutely gorgeous!

My picks from MAC Alluring Aquatic Collection swatches and First impression

New mac summer collection (Alluring Aquatic) came to stores yesterday.I got 3 item from the collection which I am sharing swatches and my first impression with you,So you can still find them in stores if you are interested.

The collection includes lipsticks and lip glasses (mostly nude colors),lip liners,eyeliners,extra dimension blushes and extra dimension eye shadows,bronzers, brushes and nail polishes.The packaging is very pretty aqua green color with droplets of water on it. I insert a picture of the whole collection for you to have some ideas.

 I was only interested in  these 3 items . 2 eye shadows and one of the blushes.Here are the swatches and first impression.

• Extra Dimension blush (Seduced at sea)

It is a beautiful rosy pink blush.It has good pigmentation.The texture is very smooth and It has a beautiful sheen. .I applied it in the morning and it looks still nice (which is 3:32 in the afternoon) .I think this is one of those colors that you can wear all year round .

This is a gorgeous light silvery green .Metallic finish.love the color.I have nothing in my collection similar to this.very pigmented and the texture is very smooth

I have not try any of the eye shadows on my eyes yet but I am sure they are the same as other mac extra dimension eyeshadows which I absolutely love.
